Vast and dusty, Otay Mesa mainly seems to be made up of warehouses and trucks, both from the US and Mexico. Border crossing and reloading spot at the same time, Otay Mesa is located on the north-south trading route and subject to freetrade in the name of NAFTA. Free trade, not people.
